Q Do we have to rent the house in order to have a wedding and reeption there?

Yes, there is a four-night minimum stay in the peak season and a two-night minimum stay in the off-season.

Q What does your facility fee include?

String lights, Bluetooth speakers with microphone, standing floor fans (4), bamboo altar, secure off-site parking, standby generator, tables and chairs for up to 100 people, serving station tents, ice chests and gate security.

Q What does your catering service offer?

We are offering either plated dinners that are served by a waitstaff or a buffet style with multiple serving stations for large weddings. There is a wide choice of entrees and sides. We also offer a two-tier, three-hour open-bar beverage service.

Q Can we self-cater and provide our own beverages?

Yes. Our catering kitchen is available to rent for US$500.00, and there is an additional US$10 fee per person for place settings, stemware, tablecloths, and napkins. A bartender and corkage fee is available.

Q Do you have a wedding planner?

Yes. Our event coordinator will work closely with the bridal couple to arrange all of the key elements of the events including decor, entertainment, officiants, flowers, cake sourcing and selection, tent rental, documents, and expedited delivery.

Q What does Llantrissant mean?

Llantrissant was derived from ancient Welsh language where llan means yard and trissant, derived from tristre, or secret meeting place, from which the English word, tryst, was derived. So it meant a yard where lovers meet. There is also a city in Wales that is spelled with only one s.

Q Are there any extra fees?

A 10% General Consumption Tax (tax) is applied to all invoices. We also collect a 10% gratuity for the staff.
